Getting there

There are direct flights to Dalaman which is about five hours from the UK.  At the airport you need a £10 note per passport for the Turkish entry visa. Our agents arrange a car to meet you and take you to the villa which is about an hour and a half transfer. You will be collected there and taken to the villa and shown its facilities. If you prefer, you can arrange to collect the hire car from the airport

Getting about

We strongly recommend that you hire a car as it will enable you to enjoy all the local facilities.  Hiring a car is easy as you pre-book it through us and you can choose to collect it at the airport or have it delivered to the villa at your convenience. We use Hamish McTurk for car rental and you can see the prices here (remember to choose the appropriate month). We want to allow you to choose the size and style of car that suits your party and therefore do not include it in the price. (You are of course free to make your own arrangements).

Administration

We will ask you for payment in full including the transfer car if you've booked it before you depart.

Before you go you need to give us details of the size of your party, your flights (number and arrival/departure time) and whether you want a hire car and if so, what category and for how long.

At the Villa

Sheets and towels are provided and the villa is cleaned before you arrive. If you are there for more than a week and you want the villa cleaned during your stay, please let us know before you go out. 
Our agents will welcome you to the villa and show you how to use the equipment.
We provide a local pay-as-you-go mobile phone which you are free to use locally. This has the agent’s number and a 24-hour emergency number programmed in. Our agent will top up the phone for which you may be asked to contribute.

The villa has a music system, but no television. We have decided that the villa is non-smoking.

Whilst we and our agents endeavour to take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and availability of the villa, you are taking the villa at your own risk. It is essential that you take out appropriate travel insurance.
